1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and packaged within 1-3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped immediately. If you purchase pre-order or custom-made products, the processing time may extend to 7-10 business days, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

We provide services to numerous countries and regions worldwide through reliable international logistics partners, including but not limited to China Post, 4PX, YunExpress, SF International, and DHL eCommerce. Key service areas include:

  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and other major EU countries

  • Asia-Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated from the date the package is handed over to the carrier and excludes order processing time.

4. Duties & Taxes

For any cross-border orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country/region are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these charges, as the amount depends on your country’s customs policies. Please settle any relevant fees with the carrier before receiving your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to check your package status. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time on the carrier’s official website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We ensure all products are carefully packaged before shipment. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in initiating an investigation and claim with the carrier and strive to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
